Wow!!!! So in April of 2017 Parish president Amos Cormier III said he and his legal team have until later this week to debate whether or not they will appeal judge Jerome Barbera’s March 20 ruling that Cormier must sign the contract allowing CDW Services to begin renovating Building 201 at the government complex for DA Charles Ballay and his staff.
Cormier has stated that if he does sign the contract he’ll terminate it immediately
So Our “Lawyer” Parish President stated that he was not going to follow the Judge’s order and if he did sign the contract as he was directed to that he was going to just terminate it immediately. Way to respect authority Lil Amos
I am kinda seeing a pattern here;
EMPLOYEE SERVED WITH SUBPOENA. AMOS STATES IGNORE IT AND LOCKS THE BUILDING. THAT’S A WAY TO SHOW THEM
COUNCIL TELLS YOU TO MOVE TO YOUR RECENTLY FINISHED NEW ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE (BUILDING 100), AMOS SAYS WE ARE NOT GOING ANYWHERE, WE WILL SHOW THEM THEY WON’T TELL ME WHAT TO DO
JUDGE ORDERS YOU TO SIGN A CONTRACT THAT CDW WON AFTER BEING LOW BIDDER AND WHAT DOES AMOS DO WELL HE IS GOING TO SHOW THAT JUDGE AND TERMINATES THE CONTRACT THE NEXT DAY AFTER BEING COURT ORDERED TO SIGN. WELL STAY TUNED PEOPLE…….
…….ANYBODY WOULD LIKE TO GUESS HOW IT WORKED OUT FOR AMOS REFUSING A JUDGES ORDER?
